Board-Certified in Personal Injury Law

Lin McCraw, our founder, is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the state bar. Only about 5% of lawyers in Texas achieve board certification in any legal specialty. He has a long history as an officer and eventually President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association during a legislative session. For well over a decade, he has battled the insurance industry in the Texas statehouse, assisting in crafting legislation that protects injured people from those who seek to destroy their rights. His experience allows him insight into the quirks and traps in the laws, enabling him to protect clients from falling victim to them.

Lin’s innate ability to connect and understand allows him to ensure his clients become real, jumping out of a cold case file, living and breathing in front of juries, judges, and insurance adjusters so that these decision-makers can understand the real human losses suffered as a result of negligence or wrongdoing. To Lin, each client is more than a case to argue; it is a story to tell. He seeks to bring the story to life in the courtroom in the most compelling way.
