Charlie Ginn is a fourth-generation Texas trial lawyer and a Board Certified specialist in Personal Injury Trial Law. He was raised in a family of attorneys in Sulphur Springs, Texas, where his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father each spent their careers representing people against those who had harmed them. He grew up watching what a lawyer willing to try a case can do for a family and for a community, and he has built his own practice on that premise.
Charlie Ginn, Trial LawyerBuilt to Try Cases
Most personal injury cases never see a courtroom. Charlie prepares every one of his as though it will.
That preparation is the point. Insurance carriers and corporate defendants make decisions based on risk, and the risk they price is the lawyer across the table. Charlie’s practice is built around being the kind of opponent who changes that calculation through disciplined case development, aggressive discovery, and a willingness to put a case in front of twelve people when the defense will not deal fairly.
He handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters throughout Texas, with a particular focus on commercial trucking and transportation cases. These are the cases where the defense arrives early, well-funded, and organized, and where the difference between a modest settlement and full accountability is a lawyer who knows what to demand, how to find it, and what to do with it in front of a jury.
Charlie has spent his career on the plaintiff’s side, representing injured people and grieving families against trucking companies, corporations, and insurance carriers that resist accountability.
