Should quick action need to occur to preserve evidence, our lawyers and investigative partners are ready to do so with minimal social contact. There is no need to travel to a law office or have a member of our staff travel to you to begin the process of representing you today.
For those of you with active cases, we have outfitted our employees with all the tools necessary to work remotely. Until this crisis abates, we will be limiting in person contact between most of our staff and clients, but we will continue to work diligently on your behalf. If your case is in litigation, we expect the court closures and hearing limitations to stretch and extend trial dates which will likely slow case settlements. That is one of the reasons that our office has made sure that every employee involved in case prosecution has the ability to work remotely, so we can continue to prepare the cases well and timely to keep pressure on the insurance company to pay legitimate claims. While cases will undoubtedly be delayed, we will be working diligently to ensure that your case keeps moving forward because our staff is not equipped to prosecute your claim remotely.
