Professional Experience

Alexis’s interest in personal injury law began before law school while working at a law firm where she was first introduced to the field. That experience sparked her interest in advocating for individuals who have been injured and ultimately encouraged her to pursue law school.

During law school, she continued assisting attorneys with legal work to gain practical experience and deepen her understanding of the legal process.

After graduating, Alexis worked as a personal injury litigation attorney before taking on a leadership role as Managing Attorney of Pre-Litigation. At McCraw Law Group, she focuses on motor vehicle accident cases, helping clients understand their options and guiding them through each stage of their case.

Community Involvement

Alexis is deeply rooted in the Dallas-Fort Worth community she has called home her entire life, and that connection drives her commitment to giving back. She dedicates time to mentoring young women who are considering careers in law, paying forward the guidance and support that shaped her own journey.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Kylo and Migo. She enjoys baking, crocheting, reading psychological thrillers, and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks. Recently, she has also started growing her own fruits and vegetables.

Alexis remains active in the legal community as a member of Phi Delta Phi and The National Black Lawyers Association.
