McCraw Law Group is proud to announce Charlie Ginn is promoted to Partner at the firm. Charlie has been a member of our team since 2017, during which time he has developed into an exceptional attorney with an unwavering dedication to his clients.

Charlie received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University and Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School.  After completing law school, Charlie refined his trial skills as an assistant district attorney in Collin County. He later joined our firm to assist injured clients in obtaining justice and the compensation they are entitled to.

Charlie is a prominent member of the legal community, having served as a Director of the State Bar of Texas and as its’ youngest ever Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Additionally, he has served on the Board of Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Chairman of the Board of Advocates of Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and has held multiple different vice presidencies in Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is currently serving on its Executive Committee.  He is a published author of continuing legal education topics and a sought-after speaker on personal injury law-related topics.
